Using this site means accepting what is on this page. It is short because the site is simple: we publish a catalog and some reference material, and someone else sells you the hardware.

The catalog is information, not an offer

Nothing here is a contract to sell you anything. Availability, price and the terms of any purchase are set by our retail partner at the moment you buy, on their page. A price shown here is what they last listed and may have moved since.

Accuracy

We take the specifications seriously and print only what came with the product data. Even so, manufacturers revise units, part numbers gain suffixes and errors get through. Check the figure that matters against the documentation for the exact unit before you commit to it, particularly ratings, dimensions and plug types.

Guidance is general

The guides and the load calculator work from the numbers you give them and from published ratings. They are a starting point, not a design. Anything involving fixed wiring, a new circuit, a distribution board or equipment where a power cut has consequences beyond lost work should go past a licensed electrician before the hardware does. We are not in a position to sign off on an installation we cannot see.

Liability

We provide this site as it is. We do not accept liability for loss arising from relying on the information here, from equipment bought elsewhere on the strength of it, or from an installation carried out without qualified advice. Nothing on this page removes a right you hold under law that cannot be removed by agreement.

What belongs to whom

The text, layout, tools and photography assembled here are ours. Product names and marks belonging to other companies stay with those companies and appear only to identify what a thing is or what it fits.
