How this one is built
Steel faceplate
We stamp these panels from heavy cold-rolled steel so the bridge between cutouts does not flex when you click in a stubborn jack. It holds its shape across open-frame racks and closed wall enclosures.
Keystone cutouts
The open cutouts take our keystone jacks along with standard field inserts. You can seat network couplers next to audio lines, video feeds, or voice runs without needing separate hardware for every connection type.
Port identification
Each cutout has clear labeling space across the face. When a drop needs troubleshooting later, a tech can trace the run directly from the front of the frame without pulling bundles out from the back.
Grounding lead
A dedicated grounding wire ties the metal panel frame directly to your enclosure ground. It mounts straight to standard rack rails and gives shielded keystones a clean bonding point behind the face.
