Tripp Lite 12-Port Wallmount Cat5e Patch Panel 568B, RJ45 Ethernet(N050-012)
Horizontal copper runs have to land somewhere clean before patch cords take over. We build this panel with a sturdy metal frame and a matching bracket to fasten straight to plywood or stud framing. Punchdown blocks on the back give punch tools solid backing during termination.

How this one is built
Backboard mounting bracket
The included bracket fastens to a telecom board or wall stud so the panel mounts cleanly without taking up floor space. It holds the frame steady while you land your drops and dress the bundles.
Heavy gauge metal frame
We build the body from solid metal so it does not flex under the weight of incoming cable bundles. The rigid face keeps every jack seated straight and square for clean patch cord insertion.
Rear punchdown blocks
Terminations happen on the backside where conductors seat into sturdy blocks. The layout gives your impact tool firm mechanical resistance, helping seat each wire cleanly into place without twisting the board.
Organized port field
The front face arranges ports in a clean row to keep patch runs short and clear of tangles. Labels identify drops clearly so future trace work stays quick and predictable.
