Serial device management
A bank of serial ports connects directly to your headless servers, managed switches, uninterruptible power supplies, and firewalls. You get command-line configuration access across the cabinet without running cables to individual machines.
Out of band paths
Dual network ports and a built-in telephone modem maintain an alternate path into your hardware when the local subnet is unreachable. You can dial in or route through a secondary network drops when primary links fail.
Dual power feeds
Two separate power inlets accept cords from independent wall circuits or backup batteries. If one utility line drops or a breaker trips on one feed, the internal circuitry keeps running without interruption.
