How this one is built
Steel industrial shell
The heavy metal chassis takes accidental impacts from tools and machinery. It shields the internal electronics and stays planted where a plastic consumer hub would crack or pull away from its spot.
Flexible power input
Power comes straight through the host USB line for lighter peripherals. For high-draw gear, an external terminal block accepts raw DC leads from your existing cabinet power supply.
Mounting on rail or wall
Included hardware lets you lock the housing onto standard DIN rail next to other automation hardware. Flanges on the chassis also let you fasten it directly to a wall, bench, or machine frame.
Static discharge shielding
Built-in circuitry helps manage electrostatic discharge events common in dry plant environments. Connected peripherals communicate over their rated USB speeds without needing manual configuration when you swap cables.
