How this one is built
Aluminum frame construction
Extruded uprights handle heavy gear stacks without bowing or twisting. The base bolts together square right out of the shipping carton, so the rails stay plumb while you anchor the frame down to the room floor.
Threaded rail positions
Mounting holes come pre-threaded and clearly marked from bottom to top. Screws thread straight into the metal rails, saving hands from cage nuts when you load patch panels, chassis switches, or server shelves into the column.
Toolless vertical mounting
Cutouts along the rear channels let you snap vertical power distribution units and vertical wire managers directly onto the frame. They drop in and lock without extra brackets, keeping power cords away from the main data runs.
Open airflow design
Without side panels or doors, room air moves around hardware without restriction. Technicians can reach across both faces of the rack during changes, trace bundle runs quickly, and add patch cords without fighting narrow cabinet openings.
