Serial port bank
Connect routers, managed switches, and uninterrupted power supplies using standard patch cabling. The serial ports match standard pinouts for direct runs to serial management jacks, letting you configure headless equipment directly from your terminal session.
Built-in dial modem
A legacy landline modem provides an analog fallback path when local network interfaces fail to respond. Plug an analog telephone line into the back, and you have a dedicated terminal link directly into your remote serial consoles.
Dual network interfaces
Two network jacks give you redundant paths onto your management local area network. If one uplink drops or a switch reboots during firmware updates, traffic routes across the alternate connection without dropping your active terminal session.
Steel rack enclosure
We house the electronics in a heavy-duty steel enclosure that mounts into a standard equipment rack with the included hardware. The black chassis sits flush alongside your patch panels, servers, and power distribution units.
