Serial ports on switches and backup supplies need reaching even when the local network drops out. We built this console server with an integrated cellular gateway and dual network interfaces so technicians have an open path into remote equipment. How this one is built
Cellular gateway onboard
An integrated cellular modem with card slots gives you an out-of-band path to connected gear. If the primary network line drops, you still reach the serial console without driving out to the remote site.
Serial console bank
The row of serial ports connects directly to switches, routers, and power hardware using standard patch cables. You can check logs, reboot hardware, and alter configuration settings directly through the terminal interface.
Steel rack enclosure
The black metal housing mounts into standard rack cabinets with the included brackets. It keeps the cabling tidy across the front face and handles the warm exhaust air found inside dense server rows.
Dual network interfaces
Two independent gigabit Ethernet jacks let you separate management traffic from standard operations or wire up redundant network runs. This maintains local access while keeping your remote monitoring feeds active.
