How this one is built
Snagless boot design
The molded hoods cover the modular locking clips on both ends. You can pull the line back through a dense harness or out of a crowded wire manager without snapping the plastic retention tab off the connector.
Molded strain relief
Heavy molding over the plug junction absorbs bending stress right where the jacket meets the housing. Repeated handling and tight bends behind patch frames will not pull the internal conductors loose from their termination points.
Stranded copper pairs
Stranded conductors give the line the flex it needs for short hops between adjacent rack hardware. The outer jacket stays pliable enough to route cleanly around vertical cable managers without kinking or pinching.
Red jacket coding
A bright red jacket lets you spot specific network drops at a glance across a busy frame. Assigning colors to specific subnets or emergency hardware keeps maintenance straightforward when someone has to trace a line quickly.
