How this one is built
Snagless boot design
The molded boot covers the locking clip so it does not hang up on adjacent runs or break off when you pull the line back through a packed raceway. It keeps the connector intact during moves and changes.
Molded strain relief
The factory overmold bonds the jacket directly to the plug. That construction takes the pulling tension off the internal copper terminations when lines hang under their own weight in a tall rack.
Standard network termination
Male modular plugs on both ends seat cleanly into wall plates, switch ports, and patch panels. The physical connection latches firmly in place and releases cleanly when you depress the boot.
Gray jacket finish
The gray outer jacket blends into standard server cabinets and office drops. It helps keep rack wiring organized when you color code connections across your panels and distribution switches.
