Tripp Lite Cat6 Gigabit Patch Cable, RJ45 M/M, Gigabit, Snagless, UTP, Molded, Slim, Blue
Dense patch panels leave little room to work once every port is filled. We built this slim unshielded twisted-pair cable with a narrow profile that bends cleanly through tight managers and lets cabinet exhaust pass through. The blue jacket helps keep network runs identified at a glance.

- 10-Ft. High-speed cable: This 10’ Cat6 UTP Patch Cord connects critical components, such as servers, switches, routers, computers and hubs, in Gigabit Ethernet networks. Cat6 UTP Patch Cord rated for high-speed 1 Gaps communications.
- Slim design for better airflow: this Cat6 UTP Patch Cord is more than 38% smaller in diameter than standard Cat6 cable. This increases airflow in tight spaces, which helps keep your equipment cool and properly functioning. It also makes the cable easier to install around corners and through cable management panels.
- Blue & snag less design: the RJ45 connectors’ snag less design protects the locking tabs from being damaged or broken off during installation. The 10 foot cable is color-coded Blue for fast, easy identification in a crowded rack or workstation.
- Premium construction & superior performance: Manufactured from 28 AWG copper wire, The four-pair stranded cable is rated for speeds up to 1 Gaps. The ends feature 50-micron gold plating to help ensure the most accurate signal transfer possible.
- Connectivity technology: HDMI
How this one is built
Narrow jacket profile
The reduced outer diameter takes up far less volume in crowded wire troughs and patch panels. Air moves through the rack cabinet with less resistance, and tight bends around corners become easier to dress.
Snagless molded boots
Each plug includes a molded boot that shields the locking clip during pulls through wire trays or behind work surfaces. The tabs stay intact so the connector seats firmly and stays put in the port.
Gold plated contacts
Stranded copper conductors terminate in modular plugs with gold plating across the contact surfaces. The plating resists corrosion from humidity and maintains solid metal-to-metal continuity through repeated re-patching.
Blue jacket identification
The bright blue outer jacket stands out in dark server cabinets and crowded drops. Techs can trace specific switch links, VLANs or departmental network feeds without digging through mixed bundles.
