Stranded copper conductors
Four pairs of stranded copper wire give the cord enough flex to route through tight bends without straining the internal conductors. The assembly handles gigabit network traffic between patch panels, servers and desktop drops.
Gold-plated contacts
Each modular connector uses gold plating across the contact surfaces to maintain solid pin-to-jack connection over time. The terminations are molded directly to the jacket to relieve strain right at the plug.
