Slim shielded jacket
The reduced outer diameter takes up less room in cable trays and vertical managers. That smaller profile leaves open paths for cool air to circulate around hot switch gear.
Snagless molded boots
Molded boot hoods cover the release tabs so they do not catch on neighboring cords during pulls. They stay intact when dressing tight bundles in the back of the rack.
Gold plated contacts
Gold plating across the contact pins maintains solid electrical connection with RJ jacks. It holds signal integrity through repeated patching and reduces near-end crosstalk.
Foil line shielding
Shielded twisted pairs help isolate data traffic from electromagnetic and radio frequency noise. Stranded copper conductors flex easily without fatiguing the internal wire runs.
