Snagless molded boots
Molded hoods cover the locking clips so they glide past neighboring drops instead of catching and snapping off. Pulling a run back through a bundle will not ruin the plug.
Shielded copper construction
Foil shielding covers the twisted pairs to help isolate data signals from electromagnetic interference and radio noise generated by nearby power runs and heavy equipment.
Gold plated contacts
Plated contact surfaces maintain clean metal-to-metal connection across repeated insertions, helping limit near-end crosstalk when tying servers and switches into the local network.
