The narrow outer diameter leaves open paths for cool air across crowded panel faces. Internal shielding blocks line noise and crosstalk from adjacent circuits inside the same manager.
Snagless molded boot
The release tab stays covered beneath the molded boot so it slides past neighboring drops without hanging up. That keeps the plastic clip intact during quick moves between switches.
Plated modular plugs
Each contact carries heavy gold plating to maintain clean physical contact over repeated patching cycles. Stranded conductors handle tight bends behind doors without internal conductor fatigue.
Molded strain relief
The factory overmold grips the jacket firmly right behind the plug body. It absorbs mechanical pull and sideways tension when runs get laced tightly along vertical management rails.
