How this one is built
Narrow jacket diameter
The reduced cord profile occupies less volume inside vertical managers and wire trays. That leaves space for ventilation through crowded cabinet rows where thick bundles tend to trap heat.
Snagless molded boot
A molded shroud covers the retention clip on each end. Pulling a lead back out of a tangled bundle will not catch or snap the plastic latch off the connector.
Stranded copper conductors
Pure stranded copper pairs provide the flexibility required for tight bends behind patch panels. The wiring handles continuous network traffic across switches, servers, patch bays and workstations.
Plated contact points
Gold plating on the plug contacts resists surface corrosion over long service life. Firm physical contact maintains signal quality across the connection and keeps cross talk down.
