The narrow diameter takes up far less volume in vertical managers and across dense switch faces. That extra breathing room lets cooling air move through packed cabinets instead of trapping heat against exhaust vents.
Snagless molded boots
Pulling a line back through a bundle often snaps plastic latches off cheap plugs. Molded hoods shield the locking tabs as they slide past neighboring runs, while integral strain relief keeps the wire seated.
Gold plated contacts
The stranded copper pairs terminate in modular plugs with gold plating across the contact surfaces. That plating helps maintain clean signal transmission between ports and patch panels through repeated patching and tone testing.
Color coded routing
