Slim profile jacket
The reduced diameter takes up noticeably less room in vertical managers and wire trays. Air moves through the cabinet more freely when bundles are not blocking the exhaust paths off your switch chassis.
Snagless molded boots
Each plug has an integrated shroud over the release tab. The clip will not catch on neighboring cords or snap off when you pull a line back through a crowded bundle.
Gold plated contacts
Gold plating across the copper contact pins resists corrosion in humid closets. Clean mechanical contact helps keep signal loss low across repeated patching cycles.
Stranded conductor core
Stranded copper pairs give the cord the flexibility needed for tight bends behind patch panels and rack posts. It drops into place without fighting the curve of the jacket.
