How this one is built
Shielded twisted pairs
Internal shielding isolates the copper pairs from crosstalk and electrical noise in packed wire managers. The cable carries clean network traffic between high density switches and server drops without interference from parallel runs.
Snagless molded boot
The boot covers the connector locking tab so it does not catch and snap off when pulled through a crowded wire tray. Molded strain relief keeps the conductor pins seated inside the plug body under tension.
Verified copper construction
We build these with pure copper conductors and check the assembly with industry standard test sets. The run complies with network standards for carrying direct DC power alongside data traffic to connected endpoints.
Color coded jacket
A blue outer jacket helps separate production data runs from voice lines, storage networks, or management circuits at a glance. The jacket slides easily through raceways without binding against adjacent jackets.
