Shielded construction
Foil shielding surrounds the twisted pairs to block electromagnetic and radio interference from neighboring runs. The metal-wrapped connectors maintain shield continuity through the jack to help limit near-end crosstalk in tight patch panels.
Snagless molded boot
Each connector features a molded boot with a protective hood over the release tab. The clip will not catch or snap off when you pull the line through a bundle of cables behind a server rack.
Power over Ethernet
The copper conductors carry operating current alongside your network traffic. That lets you feed compatible VoIP handsets, security cameras and access points directly from a powered switch port without adding separate wall transformers.
Integral strain relief
Molded boots grip the cable jacket past the termination point to spread out bending stress. The assembly stays flexible enough for sharp turns in crowded wire managers without pulling conductors loose.
