Snagless boot design
The molded boot covers the retaining tab so it will not catch on adjacent leads when pulled through a crowded rack bundle. The tab releases cleanly under thumb pressure.
PoE device support
Carries power alongside data down the same twisted pairs. That lets you feed security cameras, access points, and VoIP hardware without placing a separate power brick at every endpoint.
Molded strain relief
Heavy molding where the cable enters the plug keeps tight bends from fatiguing the copper wire inside. It holds up through repeated moves, adds, and changes.
Gold-plated plug contacts
Plated pins resist corrosion and maintain solid electrical contact inside the jack. Clean contact surfaces help limit crosstalk across busy network runs.
