Snagless boot hoods
The molded boots shroud the release tabs on both male ends. Pulling a line backward through a packed bundle will not snap the latch off in your hand, keeping the connector seated firm once it clicks into the jack.
Stranded copper pairs
Four pairs of stranded copper wire give the patch line enough flex to bend sharply around vertical cable management bars. The conductors hold their signal integrity across tight turns inside crowded distribution frames.
Gold plated contacts
Gold plating across the contact pins fights surface corrosion inside damp wiring closets. Clean contact surfaces keep near-end crosstalk low across high-speed links to local servers, access points, and desktop drops.
Power delivery support
The copper conductors carry direct network current alongside regular data traffic. You can feed security cameras, entry readers, and desk phones straight from a capable switch port without hanging a separate wall wart nearby.
