Tripp Lite HDMI Extender Equalizer, Active Repeater for Video and Audio 1920x1200
Long HDMI runs across ceilings and behind drywall lose signal strength before they reach the monitor. We build this active inline equalizer to boost digital video and audio mid-span, helping the image arrive without snow or dropped frames. It splices between your source cable and the run to the screen.

How this one is built
Inline signal equalization
The internal chipset regenerates weak digital feeds mid-run. It cleans up attenuation and timing drift across long cable spans so high-definition pictures and multichannel audio hold clean all the way to the far monitor.
Shielded cable compatibility
We tuned this repeater to match our shielded twisted-pair cabling. Solid shielding keeps nearby fluorescent ballasts and power lines from bleeding noise into the video lines as they travel through conduit.
Compact metal housing
The small black enclosure tucks behind a wall-mounted panel or rests inside a ceiling box. It draws power right off the HDMI bus line, so you do not need an open outlet tucked behind the monitor.
Source to display link
Female ports on both ends take standard high-definition patch leads. Place it closer to the display end of the run to pull the incoming signal back up before it enters the screen.
On the nameplate
These are the figures published for this unit. Where a number is missing here it was not printed on the listing, and we would rather leave the row out than fill it with a guess.
