Tripp Lite Keystone Jack Surface Mount Box, 1 Port RJ45 Mount Box, White (N082-001-WH)
Cutting into drywall is not always an option, especially on masonry or finished baseboards. We built this single-port surface mount box to land horizontal cable runs directly against the wall or ceiling. It takes standard keystone inserts and sits flush once the wiring is dressed.

How this one is built
Surface box housing
Molded from white flame-resistant ABS plastic, this compact shell sits tight against the surface and covers bare cabling where an in-wall gang box cannot go.
Keystone port fit
The cutout accepts standard snap-in keystone inserts, including Ethernet, HDMI, USB, DisplayPort, or audio jacks. The insert clicks into place and stays put when patch cords are pulled.
Rear cable entry
A knockout at the back lets you route bulk wire straight in from behind so the housing mounts flat against the wall without pinching the run.
Hardware and tape
Each box comes with mounting screws and double-sided foam tape. You can anchor it to drywall anchors or stick it directly to clean baseboards and metal desks.
