How this one is built
Threaded circular end
The circular connector screws down over its mating socket to keep out washdown spray and fine dust. It locks mechanically so vibration from nearby machinery will not shake the data link loose.
Right-angle clearance
A right-angle connector tucks tight against the chassis. It lets you route the cable through shallow junction boxes and cramped field enclosures where a straight boot would bend too hard and pinch the copper.
Power over Ethernet
We built the conductors and jacket to handle high-power PoE feeds. The construction passes current to remote cameras, sensors and field controllers without pushing heat beyond the rating of the cable bundle.
Blue jacket identification
The bright blue finish stands out immediately among gray power feeds and dark conduit. Field techs can trace the link back to the right switch port quickly during maintenance without pulling the wrong line.
