Tripp Lite PDU Metered 120V 1.44kW 36 NEMA 5-15R 5-15P 15ft Cord 72in 0URM (PDUMV15-72)
Racks fill up fast when switches and servers arrive in batches. We build this distribution strip to bring a single incoming AC feed down the frame and spread it across your hardware. An illuminated readout displays current draw directly at the cabinet.

- SINGLE-PHASE 0U PDU DISTRIBUTES AND MONITORS NETWORK-GRADE POWER IN REAL TIME: This metered PDU provides real-time local reporting of the total load level via its built-in digital current metering. Ideal for network IT applications, small computer rooms and other equipment rack applications, the PDUMV15-72 features 36 NEMA 5-15R 120V outlets for connecting equipment. An included 15-foot (4.6 m) cord with NEMA 5-15P input plug connects to a distant AC power source, generator or protected UPS system to distribute power to connected loads.
- DIGITAL LOAD METER HELPS PREVENT POTENTIALLY EXPENSIVE OVERLOADS: A digital ammeter reports the total load for all connected equipment. Monitoring amperage helps ensure load levels remain well below maximum capacity with no danger of overload that could lead to costly downtime or damaged equipment. Maintaining proper load levels, even while adding new equipment, can keep your TCO (total cost of ownership) low.
- UP-TO-DATE SAFETY FEATURES PROTECT YOUR VITAL EQUIPMENT: A lighted on/off switch is protected by an integrated transparent plastic cover to help prevent an accidental shutdown that could lead to costly downtime. A 15A circuit breaker protects connected components from dangerous overloads.
- VERSATILE INSTALLATION OPTIONS GIVE YOU PLENTY OF CHOICES: The 72-inch 0U all-metal housing mounts vertically in an EIA-standard 19-inch rack using the included toolless mounting buttons or the included mounting clips and hardware. You may also use the clips to secure the PDU to a wall, counter or other flat, secure surface. Bolt-down retention brackets keep power cords organized and your rack free of clutter.
How this one is built
Digital load meter
The built-in display shows your aggregate draw in real time as gear comes online. You see line draw right at the rail before plugging in another supply.
All-metal enclosure
We form the chassis from heavy sheet metal to take the knocks of active equipment rooms. The finish resists scuffs when routing thick trunk lines down the side of the bay.
Guarded power switch
A clear hinged cover sits over the lighted power control. It shields the rocker from stray hands, loose patches, and falling cables that could drop the feed.
Flexible rail mounting
Snap the chassis into standard vertical channels using toolless buttons, or bolt it flat to uprights with the included clips. Cord retention brackets steady your runs.
On the nameplate
These are the figures published for this unit. Where a number is missing here it was not printed on the listing, and we would rather leave the row out than fill it with a guess.
