Tripp Lite Series HDBaseT 5 Gbps USB Extender Over Ethernet Transceiver and Receiver 328ft /
Conference tables and lecture podiums rarely sit close to the rack holding the main host hardware. We built this kit to run fast USB data, serial control, and operating power across a single category cable run. Plug the external supply into whichever end has an available outlet.

How this one is built
Single supply power
Bi-directional power over cable carries operating current across the copper link. You only need to plug the included power adapter into one box, freeing up wall plugs at the far conference table or camera mount.
Peripheral and host connectivity
Both USB-C and USB-A jacks handle modern data rates while maintaining backward compatibility with older gear. Switchable host ports let a room control system direct traffic using standard ASCII commands over serial lines.
Surface mounting hardware
Included brackets secure both metal enclosures to a wall, under a conference table, or inside an equipment credenza. The housings stay put when users plug and unplug peripherals throughout the workday.
Status indicator lights
Built-in LEDs show active link status, power flow, and USB traffic at a glance. Technicians can check operational state directly from the unit without pulling out test meters or opening diagnostic software.
On the nameplate
These are the figures published for this unit. Where a number is missing here it was not printed on the listing, and we would rather leave the row out than fill it with a guess.
