Tripp Lite T1 Shielded RJ48C Cross-over Cable (RJ45 M/M), 5-ft. (N266-005)
Direct connections between telecom gear and CSU/DSU hardware require the transmit and receive lines to cross over cleanly. We build this shielded patch cable in a beige jacket to handle those links inside the cabinet or across the telco board. Connectors on both ends seat firmly and hold their ground.

How this one is built
Internal wiring layout
Pins cross over internally so two network endpoints talk straight to one another. That allows a direct link between interface cards or into a CSU/DSU without patching through an active hub.
Shielded cable jacket
The outer shield helps quiet noise from adjacent power lines and nearby equipment racks. It covers the conductor bundle right up to the molded modular plugs at each end.
Connector strain relief
Molded ends support the conductors where the assembly flexes most. The modular plugs snap into standard network jacks and stay put until the latch is released by hand.
Federal schedule compliance
We assemble this crossover patch cord to meet TAA requirements for government purchasing. It drops right into standard telecom frames, server enclosures, and wall-mount brackets.
