How this one is built
Heavy steel frame
The floor-standing cabinet holds full stacks of heavy servers, patch panels, and battery backups. Thick steel side panels and lockable doors keep the interior isolated from foot traffic and stray shop floor debris.
Adjustable mounting rails
The internal equipment rails slide forward and back to match the depth of your servers and switches. Square mounting holes let you position cage nuts quickly for standard rack gear.
Replaceable dust filtration
Intake points use built-in filters to catch airborne particles before they settle across circuit boards and power supplies. You can swap the filtration media using standard furnace filters from any hardware store.
Active forced cooling
A bank of built-in fans pulls air through the filtered intakes and vents it out the top of the cabinet. Moving constant air past the rails helps clear warm pockets from packed server chassis.
