Tripp Lite 2U Vertical Wall Mount Rack Enclosure Cabinet, Low Profile, Switch Depth, 20" Deep
When square footage is tight in a classroom or back office, standard floor racks take up space you cannot spare. We built this low-profile steel cabinet to hang equipment vertically against the wall instead. It keeps switches and patch panels tucked away while projecting only a modest distance into the room.

How this one is built
Vertical equipment mounting
Switches hang vertically inside the enclosure rather than jutting out into hallways or cramped wiring closets. This low-profile layout accommodates standard rack gear while keeping the overall depth off the wall down to a minimum.
Slide-out upper bracket
A sliding bracket near the top of the cabinet pulls out toward you for installing patch panels. You can punch down cables with clear sightlines and slide the loaded panel back into place without straining your wrists.
Steel frame construction
Heavy-gauge steel panels take the weight of switches and cabling without sagging off the studs. The black finish resists everyday scuffs in busy stockrooms, retail back counters, and shared utility closets.
Cable entry ports
Knockouts on the top and bottom panels let copper and fiber bundles enter the enclosure cleanly. Route your runs straight out of the wall or down from overhead raceways without pinching patch cords against the frame.
