How this one is built
Sealed outer perimeter
Gaskets line the door frames and access points. The enclosure shields mounted hardware from airborne dust, falling dirt, and light water splashes that happen around utility areas and plant floors.
Reinforced cabinet frame
The steel skeleton handles heavy floor vibration and seismic movement. Bracing along the corners keeps the box square under a full load of servers, switches, and battery gear.
Adjustable mounting rails
The internal uprights shift forward or backward along the frame to match deep server chassis and shallow patch panels. Threaded points accept standard rack hardware without binding.
Internal fan bank
Built-in fans move air across the equipment bays to pull heat away from active gear. The airflow paths circulate cooling volume while the cabinet remains closed and locked.
