How this one is built
Steel upright frame
Cold-rolled steel channels form the uprights, keeping heavy servers and dense patch panels square. The textured black powder coat resists scuffs from sliding heavy gear in and out of the posts.
Threaded mounting holes
Each post uses threaded holes so you can run screws directly into the metal without hunting for extra hardware. Clearly marked position points along the vertical rails help you align equipment across both sides.
Adjustable depth spacing
You can set the distance between the front and rear uprights during assembly. That lets deep servers, shallow network switches and bulky shelf gear share the same floor footprint without hanging out awkwardly.
Floor mounting provisions
The base includes dedicated anchor points to bolt the entire frame down to concrete or plywood subflooring. Securing the rack at floor level keeps tall equipment stacks steady during heavy patching work.
