Tripp Lite 48U Rack Enclosure Server Cabinet 48" Deep w/Doors & Sides
Server rows get cramped quickly once you add cable arms and hot-swap supplies. We built this deep freestanding enclosure with the extra rear room needed for crowded hardware layouts. The steel frame rolls into position, plants firmly on leveling feet, and locks up tight behind steel mesh doors.
Price as the listing last showed it. Listings move, so the figure on the page you land on is the one that counts at checkout.
- 48U freestanding rack cabinet
- Supports up to 3000LBS stationary and 2250LBS rolling load capacity
- Extra depth allows for high density equipment installations
- Meets all enclosure requirements towards PCI DSS
- Space for mounted equipment with hot-swap, removable power supplies out the back
How this one is built
Deep equipment bay
Extra interior depth gives long server chassis room to slide in without crushing power cords against the rear door. You get space to reach hot-swap supply handles and route thick harness bundles cleanly.
Heavy rolling frame
The steel cabinet rolls into the row on its casters and settles onto levelers to take the weight of dense hardware. The structure holds stationary loads through years of equipment swaps.
Locking mesh panels
Front and rear mesh doors promote front-to-back ventilation while locking out unauthorized hands. The side panels latch securely to help meet physical security rules for payment card data environments.
Rear service access
Power cords and hot-swap modules need clearance so technicians can pull a bad supply without unbolting the whole chassis. The back layout leaves room for hands, cable drops, and vertical power distribution strips.
On the nameplate
These are the figures published for this unit. Where a number is missing here it was not printed on the listing, and we would rather leave the row out than fill it with a guess.
