How this one is built
Battery and surge banks
Plugs divide between battery backup outlets and surge-only positions. The battery side carries the PC and modem through short power drops, while wide spacing leaves room for transformer bricks without blocking nearby receptacles.
Quiet desk operation
The internal inverter stays silent during normal line operation and standard battery runtime. A built-in beeper sounds only when the battery runs down toward empty or the unit detects a wiring fault.
Wall mounting tabs
Keyhole slots on the bottom of the black housing let you mount the unit against a backboard or drywall. That gets the enclosure off carpet and keeps the power cord run short and tidy behind furniture.
Replaceable internal cell
The lead battery inside handles line dips and brownouts until utility power recovers. When the cell finally wears out after seasons of float service, you can swap it out without replacing the entire unit.
