Tripp Lite Duplex Multimode 62.5/125 Fiber Patch Cable (LC/LC), 0.3M (1-ft.)(N320-001)
Optical links bypass the electrical noise that can bother copper runs in crowded pathways. We build this patch cable with glass duplex zipcord and small-form LC connectors on both ends. It routes through cabinets and overhead trays to patch switches, transceivers and distribution panels together.
Price as the listing last showed it. Listings move, so the figure on the page you land on is the one that counts at checkout.
- Manufactured from 62.5/125 duplex (zipcord) fiber
- PVC jacket
- Length: 1-meter/Connectors: 2 LC connectors on each end
- Insertion loss testing performed on every connector (0.2db typical) and provided with cable
- Beveled edge on ends of glass makes insertion of plug a breeze
How this one is built
Glass duplex fiber
Light travels through real glass cores rather than polymer strands. The zipcord build keeps the transmit and receive lines paired together along the run while letting you separate the ends when seating them into transceivers.
Beveled connector ends
Each LC plug features beveled glass edges on the ferrule face. That slight angle guides the connector cleanly into the optical port and seats it without catching against the internal sleeve.
Tested insertion loss
We test the optical loss on the terminations before the assembly leaves the plant. The results accompany the cable so you know the signal attenuation across the link before you clip it into place.
Flexible outer jacket
The PVC jacket protects the inner glass through tight bends in rack wire managers and crowded troughs. It pulls smoothly past adjacent patch lines without snagging on nearby boots or labels.
On the nameplate
These are the figures published for this unit. Where a number is missing here it was not printed on the listing, and we would rather leave the row out than fill it with a guess.
