How this one is built
Automatic voltage regulation
Line sags and swells happen throughout the work day. Built-in circuitry corrects these low and high voltage swings back to normal levels continuously, without draining the internal battery reserves meant for a full utility drop.
Battery and surge banks
The top surface divides outlets between full battery support with surge suppression and dedicated surge-only connections. Energy-saving outlets cut power to peripherals when the main connected computer goes to sleep or shuts down.
Data line pass through
Surges travel along phone wiring and network cables as easily as electrical lines. Combination jacks on the side accept standard telephone or network patch cords to help suppress transient spikes across data lines.
Housing and mounting
A low profile enclosure sits flat on the floor behind office furniture or hangs on a wall using molded keyhole slots on the back. The internal battery slides out for maintenance when its service life finishes.
