All-metal housing
Heavy metal casing takes kicks, cart bumps, and repeated cleanings without losing ground path continuity. Keyhole slots on the back let you fasten the strip directly to cart posts, equipment racks, or utility walls outside patient care areas.
Hospital-grade plug and cord
The heavy supply line runs a long reach to distant wall receptacles, ending in a right-angle hospital-grade plug. It sits flat against the baseboard so carts and rolling supply stands can back up close without pinching the cable.
Surge suppression circuit
Internal suppression components absorb transient line spikes before they reach sensitive gear. If an electrical event compromises the protective circuit, the strip cuts power to the connected load rather than passing unconditioned line voltage through to equipment.
Status indicator lights
A pair of diagnostic lights tells you the state of the circuit before you plug in hardware. The indicators confirm that AC power is present, the suppression circuit is active, and the building receptacle is wired with proper polarity.
