Hospital grade connections
The input cord and the output receptacles use hospital-grade hardware. The blades grip firmly into matching wall outlets and hold connected plugs securely against accidental movement or vibration around equipment carts.
Line interactive regulation
Internal circuitry trims high incoming line voltage and boosts low line voltage without switching over to the battery. Connected equipment receives stable power while the battery cells stay charged and ready for an actual blackout.
Diagnostic status lights
A front cluster of indicator lights shows what the unit is doing without making you guess. The lamps signal incoming utility power, active battery backup operation, automatic voltage correction, and when the battery needs replacement.
Phone line suppression
Network and communication connections also enter patient rooms. Dedicated pass-through jacks filter incoming telephone and data lines before the wiring reaches connected terminals, keeping utility disturbances off the secondary communication paths.
