Tripp Lite PS-615-HG-OEMRA UL 1363A Patient Care Vicinity Power Strip
Rolling carts and IV stands in treatment areas need line connections that stay put and hold up to frequent cleaning. We build this strip with an all metal housing, hospital grade receptacles, and a coating that resists bacterial growth. A right angle plug seats flush to the wall behind rolling equipment.

- Medical grade power strip: 6 Hospital grade NEMA 5-15r-hg outlets deliver power to devices attached to IV Poles, crash carts and mobile workstations in operating rooms and other patient care vicinities. This UL 1363a power strip is cleared for use inside and outside patient care vicinities.
- Anti microbial coating: protected by a patented antimicrobial coating with epa-registered and FDA-compliant silver ionic technology. The antimicrobial surface protection is 99.9% effective in inhibiting the growth of bacteria.
- Flexible placement: right-angle 5-15p-hg Plug permits connection in confined or hard-to-reach spaces. 15 ft. Power cord allows flexibility in placing power strip in relationship to AC outlet. Built-in mounting flanges and integrated keyhole slots enable installation on any mobile cart or IV pole.
- Premium safety: switchless design in this hospital power strip helps prevent accidental shutdown of essential Equipment. Two resettable 15-amp circuit breakers will shut down all AC input if connected equipment draws too much power. Locking Plastic safety covers block access to unused outlets.
- Lifetime warranty: this Medical power strip is covered by a lifetime limited warranty, and is supported by free chicago-based tech Support in event of any issues.
How this one is built
Antimicrobial metal housing
Silver ionic powder coating covers the metal case to suppress microbial growth across shifts. It takes the rough bumps of rolling carts and stands up to standard clinical wipe downs.
Hospital grade receptacles
A row of hospital grade outlets grips plugs tight so line cords cannot wiggle loose as carts move between rooms. Locking covers snap over open positions to keep out fluids and debris.
Right angle wall plug
The line cord terminates in a hospital grade right angle plug that sits tight against the wall receptacle. This keeps the drop flat so passing beds or carts do not snag the connection.
Switchless power path
We leave off the master power switch so a hand or loose cart rail cannot accidentally shut down operating hardware. A pair of resettable circuit breakers trips if the connected load pulls too much current.
On the nameplate
These are the figures published for this unit. Where a number is missing here it was not printed on the listing, and we would rather leave the row out than fill it with a guess.
