Tripp Lite Smart Online 120V 3kVA 2.7kW Double-Conversion UPS, 3U Rack/Tower, Extended Run
Utility lines drop and spike all day long. This on-line double-conversion UPS regenerates electricity continuously into clean sine wave output, isolating your hardware from raw grid fluctuations. When the mains cut out entirely, the internal batteries carry your network gear and servers without a millisecond of transfer lag.

How this one is built
Double conversion operation
Incoming alternating current converts straight to direct current and back to alternating current. The connected equipment runs on freshly generated power, with constant voltage regulation and zero transfer time during an outage.
Switched load banks
A pair of individually controllable outlet banks lets you reboot frozen hardware remotely or shed nonessential gear to preserve battery runtime for primary servers.
External battery support
The internal battery pack provides enough runtime for an orderly shutdown during an outage. Connecting external battery packs extends that runtime for extended disruptions.
Rack and tower mounting
The black metal housing slides into standard equipment racks or stands upright as a tower using the included support hardware.
