Internal battery string
Lead-acid cells inside the cabinet take over the load during an outage. They hold hardware up long enough for system administrators to run clean shutdown sequences across the rack.
Small frame housing
The black steel cabinet stands upright in an aisle or mechanical room without crowding walkway space. Louvers on the front and rear panels direct air across the internal power modules.
