Tripp Lite SmartPro 5000TEL3U
Line power sags when heavy loads kick on down the hall, and it cuts out entirely when a storm rolls through. We built this SmartPro backup unit to step in both times. It cleans up dirty line voltage during ordinary brownouts and shifts to internal battery power when the utility feed drops.
Price as the listing last showed it. Listings move, so the figure on the page you land on is the one that counts at checkout.
How this one is built
Line voltage regulation
Automatic voltage regulation trims high line voltages and boosts sags back into nominal range. It handles everyday utility dips without cycling the internal battery, saving battery capacity for true outages.
Battery runtime
Internal batteries pick up the connected load the moment utility power cuts out. Connected gear stays up long enough to ride through brief flickers or run a clean, orderly system shutdown.
Chassis and mounting
The heavy-duty metal housing fits standard equipment racks and can be installed in floor cabinets or open-frame enclosures. The black finish blends right in with surrounding network switches and patch panels.
Status indicators
Front panel lights show utility power status, battery charge level and current line conditions at a glance. Technicians can check operational status quickly without opening management software or hooking up a terminal.
On the nameplate
These are the figures published for this unit. Where a number is missing here it was not printed on the listing, and we would rather leave the row out than fill it with a guess.
