Utility power rarely enters a server room clean. We built this online double-conversion backup to run continuously, turning dirty AC into DC and rebuilding a clean sine wave before it touches the load. If the utility feed drops out entirely, connected hardware carries on without transfer time.

- 1500VA PURE SINE WAVE DOUBLE-CONVERSION UPS: Ideal 1350W 8-outlet power management SmartOnline battery backup UPS maintains perfect output by converting AC input to DC, then reconverting UPS output to fully regulated sine wave AC. Constant on-line operation completely isolates sensitive equipment from every power problem on the AC line. Eight 5-15R managed outlets allow you to monitor power consumption down to the outlet group level. Four 5-20R outlets are split into two independently switchable load banks that let you shed non-critical loads to extend runtime for critical equipment.

The RPO/ROO port permits emergency shutdown or remote restart of all connected equipment. Battery-independent restart ensures automatic UPS power-up without user interaction after lengthy power outages, even after a complete battery discharge. RS-232 and USB ports connect to a device for a variety of communication options (cables are included).
- SMART FRONT-PANEL LCD INTERFACE: Features 10 selectable screens that allow quick access to a wide range of detailed UPS and site power information. LEDs show UPS status: a green light means utility power is on, an orange light means the UPS is in battery mode and a red light indicates an active alarm or fault. The control panel rotates to accommodate both rack-mount and tower configurations.

How this one is built
Double conversion circuitry
Incoming power is rectified to direct current and inverted back to pure sine wave alternating current. Hardware behind the unit runs on clean, regenerated power regardless of utility line noise, sags, or sudden surges.
Load shedding banks
The rear outlets are split into independent banks that switch on schedule or on demand. When utility power drops, you drop peripheral gear first so core servers run on battery reserves longer.
Front panel interface
The backlit display tilts and turns so you can read line conditions whether the unit is racked flat or standing as a tower. Colored lights report line power, battery discharge, or active system faults at a glance.
Hot swappable battery access
Batteries pull straight out the front without dismounting the chassis or powering down attached servers. When longer runtime is needed, external battery packs plug into the rear expansion port.
