How this one is built
Removable splice cassettes
Each cassette slides out of the frame and opens up so you can work on fusion splices at a bench instead of inside a cramped cabinet. Tubing sleeves cover the bare joints once fused.
Front panel cable loops
Molded routing loops on the front keep outgoing patch cords from kinking as they leave the LC ports. Maintaining that bend radius keeps signal attenuation low across every single mode link.
Preloaded pigtails
Factory loaded duplex LC leads with UPC polishes are already routed inside each cassette. You strip back the incoming trunk, line up the glass cores, and splice without fishing loose fiber through the chassis.
Labeled port layout
Clear port identifiers and labeling fields let you map runs across banks of duplex connections. Technicians tracing a patched link can identify runs quickly during moves and additions.
