How this one is built
Small LC terminations
The compact LC plugs latch securely into transceivers and high-density panels. Their narrow profile helps you dress patch cords neatly through crowded vertical managers without blocking neighboring ports.
Beveled fiber ends
We bevel the tip of the glass on each connector. That slight angle guides the core into place inside the mating sleeve smoothly, cutting down on wear during repeated patching.
Duplex zipcord jacket
The flexible PVC jacket joins the transmit and receive lines in a zipcord format that separates easily when you need extra spread at the transceiver faceplate. It routes easily around tight cabinet corners.
Factory loss testing
We test each connector for insertion loss before it leaves our hands, and the individual test results ship right in the bag with the cord. You know the optical budget before you seat the plug.
