How this one is built
Bayonet ST connectors
A push and twist locks each ST plug into place. The bayonet coupling stays seated in the transceiver port even when nearby patch cords are dressed into the vertical wire management channels.
Glass core construction
Light travels down real glass fiber instead of polymer substitutes. Attenuation loss meets or improves upon industry standards across the run, keeping optical signals clean from bulkhead adapter to network switch.
Duplex PVC jacket
The outer PVC jacket holds the pair together for cleaner routing through cable rings and raceways. It is flexible enough to take standard bends without putting stress on the glass strands inside.
Immunity to noise
Optical glass carries light instead of current, running cleanly past transformer hum, power distribution feeds and high-voltage conduit that would otherwise interfere with traditional copper network wiring.
