Each ferrule tip has a beveled edge that guides the plug straight into the transceiver port. That shape helps avoid chips on the glass face during routine moves in a busy rack.
Bright yellow jacket
Singlemode runs stand out instantly against rows of copper and multimode jumpers. The bright yellow color helps a tech trace the right fiber path through a dense cable manager without pulling the wrong line.
Low smoke outer jacket
